Getting started with Retainer Club in your office is easy.
At Retainer Club – we look at the patients in your office who need retainers in 2 categories. End of Treatment –These are patients that have just completed orthodontics with either Invisalign or Braces and whose retainers will be the clear (Essix) style retainers. These patients get a FREE retainer delivered to their home within 7 days. Here are the 2 things that need to be done in your office:
Send the patient a link for a FREE retainer using the ‘Add a Patient’ button on your admin dashboard. Have the patient complete the shipping and billing information in the link. They will need to enter their credit card but there is no charge for 6 months. At 6 months, the customer’s paid plan begins and a new retainer will be created and shipped unless the subscription is downgraded, upgraded, or canceled.
Scan the patients upper and lower teeth and submit to Retainer Club. iTero scanners can use the simple process HERE. For other scanners, including Trios, 3M, etc, simply download the .stl files and send to info@retainerclub.com.
Replacement Retainers – These are patients who need a replacement retainer and who have never had a scan or their scan is outdated (due to dental work or significant tooth movement). These patients will pay your office for their scanning fee (we recommend $99-$199 per scan). Then, there are 2 simple steps for these patients to receive a new set of fresh retainers in 7 days or less:
Have the patient chose an online retainer replacement plan by going to www.retainerclub.com
